Refund policy


Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Damages and issues

If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, please contact us right away so we can look into it and make things right for you.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the transaction.
